
Apparently, I (Steph) talk a lot about my mom’s sweet potato casserole. 😭😭 a few of you requested the recipe so here it is. I’m sorry for the completely unrelated content haha. We use sweet potatoes or yams. We peel and boil them and then follow this recipe. Also, definitely refrigerate it afterwards for a couple hours and eat it cold and it’s 10 billion times better. The pecans are optional.
